Return & Refund Policy

At Palms Club Co, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at palmsclubco@yahoo.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days and we'll send the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as production begins shortly after. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
